What’s included
in the
12-week programme?-
Individuals who struggle with binge eating have unique experiences, which is why the recovery path needs to be unique too.
Our first session together is an "assessment session” which is where we figure out what is going on and what to prioritise week to week.
You will receive a personalised plan after this session so you have oversight on what the next 12-weeks can look like.
-
[8 sessions including the assessment session].
Week 1-4 we’ll meet once a week for 60 mins and week 5-12 we’ll meet every 2 weeks for 60 mins.
Sessions are tailored to you. We start with acknowledging both wins of the week and difficult moments - both are important.
We’ll then deeper dive into a key area of your relationship with food, whether that be food beliefs, trigger foods, body image, etc.
In session, we may do more practical exercises such as hypnotherapy or mindfulness exercises.
-
Whether you’re having a bad day, struggling with a binge urge, or have something you want to reflect on with me, you can message or voice note me. You are not alone.
-
As a hypnotherapist, I create my client’s personalised hypnosis recordings as well as breathwork and mindfulness exercises. These are yours to keep for life.
I can also send personalised journal prompts and other therapeutic resources to ensure you have everything you need to make these 12-weeks a success.

The 12-week programme includes 8 × 60-min sessions together.

From week 5-12, we’ll meet every 2 weeks for 60 mins.

Extra sessions are available upon request for an additional fee.

Our first meeting is a 90 min session designed to understand you and your relationship with food on a much deeper level. My intention here is to work with you to get to know the history of your binge eating, but most importantly, understand what is maintaining the issue today — this is so I can create you a personalised plan.
From the second session, we’ll always have a check-in to see how your week went, acknowledge the wins and any difficult moments. We’ll then do more focused work on a key aspect of your recovery journey.
In session we may use Hypnotherapy and practices from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
-
Yes — I offer WhatsApp support to all clients Monday-Friday.
-
Yes — but don’t worry, it’s not like school homework!
To make long-lasting impactful change, “the work” needs to continue outside of session.
This can look like practicing mindset shifts with certain foods; challenging yourself to a trigger food; journaling to explore a belief; or plugging in a personalised hypnosis recording that I’ve created for you.
Anything that I suggest you use or practice outside of session is highly personalised and intentional for your journey. Plus, I’ll be there on the other end of Whatsapp if you need anything.
-
The price for this programme is £250 per month (3 months in total). You can choose to pay in full or split across 3 months.
-
As part of my qualification with The National Centre for Eating Disorders, I completed nutritional training so I can provide general guidelines on nutrition to support you on your journey. However, I am not a nutritionist or dietitian so I cannot create meal plans or give specialist advice.
I do have a list of dietitians for referral should you want to work with a nutrition professional alongside our work together.
On the fitness front, I very often work with clients to help them develop a healthier relationship with exercise, however I do not create personalised fitness plans.
-
Both anorexia and bulimia are outside of my scope of practice at present. My advice is to seek support via your GP or seek a specialist via the Counselling Directory.
