I have been practicing as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and a binge eating recovery coach since 2021. I’ve been lucky enough to work with 100’s of clients and I’m genuinely forever grateful that this gets to be my job. I choose to specialise in working with binge eating due to lived experience of both struggling and recovering. I’m proud to be able to combine my own experience with evidence based modalities to help you find your freedom with food.
