





Forgive Yourself (For Breakup Guilt, Regret & Resentment)
The “crying phase” after a breakup is a real thing where it feels like you simply cannot stop shedding the tears. Whilst this can feel deeply uncomfortable, crying is a part of regulation — it’s an expression of your feelings during this incredibly difficult time.
This guided practice is for you if:
💧You struggle to freely cry
💧You feel ashamed, embarrassed & silly for crying
💧You struggle to regulate after crying
As you sink into this meditation, you will be guided through somatic practices to locate the location of your sorrow in your body, compassionately holding yourself, and then be provided space to let it all out. Towards the end of our practice, I will guide you through regulating yourself, so you can find your calm as you move on with your day or night.
